Each meditation reveals an obstacle that blocks peace.
Meditations draw on indigenous creation stories from Aotearoa New Zealand to soothe the soul.

Features
3 beautifully illustrated meditations include a peace inspired message, symbol, natural New Zealand landscape, native butterfly, bird or plant.
Each meditation is woven from an indigenous Māori creation story and spiritual peace theme
The device is shaken (then stopped) to reveal a randomly selected meditation (tells you exactly what’s stressing you out)
Swipe to the left to locate your guided meditation.

About Stars of Aroha®
Stars of Aroha make a range of meditation tools based on the Rolling Star (20 sided icosahedron dice); symbols are engraved on the Rolling Star’s triangle-shaped sides to represent 20 meditation themes. When rolled and at a standstill a symbol appears on the top flat surface. This is aligned with a peace inspired meditation.
